Hocking Hills is a popular tourist destination due to the beautiful scenery, secluded cabins, and outdoor adventures. There are many events going on this summer for tourists and locals alike. Nelsonville Music Festival

 

The 13th annual Nelsonville Music Festival is June 1-4 at Robbins Crossing on the Hocking College campus.This year’s lineup:  Rodriguez, Son Volt, Parquet Courts, Sara Watkins, Big Thief, Twin Peaks, Honeyhoney, Margaret Glaspy, Sallie Ford, Mothers, Ron Gallo, Marisa Anderson, Hellnaw, Weedghost, and Aaron Michael Butler with the Tied for 5th Percussion Group. Many more artists are still to be announced! Four day weekend passes are on sale now for $140 (with no fees). Weekend passes for Nelsonville residents and teens are only $70, and kids 12 and under are free. Camping passes and VIP weekend passes to the festival are also on sale now. Torchlight Canoe Trip


Experience the serene Hocking Hills scenery at night with a unique experience. Hocking Hills Adventures is offering a torch lit canoe trip Saturday June 24 from 6:30-11:00 pm. Tiki torches will lead canoes making for a calm peaceful night adventure. After your canoe trip enjoy live music and s’mores!  Reservations are required, cost is $45 per canoe. Backyard BBQ & Rib Ruckus

 

Enjoy BBQ, various food vendors, classic car cruise-in, kid zone, and live music featuring the 7 Bridges Ultimate Eagles Experience in Downtown Logan July 1! The Morning Gate-to-Gate 5k will also be taking place. Downtown Lancaster Art Walk

 

The annual Art Walk event is back again this year and will be held Friday July 21. Bring the whole family for the arts, food, live music and more! Over 50 local and regional artists, who were juried into the show, will display their work in 34 local businesses. The streets will be closed to traffic to allow the community to enjoy historic downtown Lancaster and this special event. Be sure to check out the three music stages and featured musical acts!
